PVAI Valuation Professional Organisation (VPO) – a NON-PROFIT section 8 company, has been incorporated under Ministry of Corporate Affairs – GOI, pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 7 of The Companies Act, 2013 (18 0f 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of rule 13 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, has granted recognition to PVAI Valuation Professional Organisation as a Registered Valuers Organisation for the Asset classes: Land and Building, Plant and Machinery & Securities or Financial Assets.
 

PVAI VPO is ranked 2nd out of the sixteen RVO’s – Registered Valuer Organisations (covering all Three Asset Classes), having Pan India presence, with more than 500 RV’s and 1150+ valuer members, spread across Eighteen (18) states currently, authorised to act as a frontline regulator in the field of Valuation as an RVO, as specified under section 247 read with Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017 and functions incidental thereto, to establish, promote & maintain high ethical and professional standards of practice and professional conduct of all its Registered Valuers, And to prevent fraudulent behaviour and malfeasance in their conduct and safeguard the rights, interest and independence of its Registered Valuers, in all matters affecting the profession and to promote good professionalism, ethical conduct and competency of Registered Valuers for ensuring quality of valuation work and to develop the profession of Registered Valuers, And to enrol, register, educate, train, promote, develop and regulate Registered Valuers for their continuous professional development.
 

PVAI VPO IS MAKING A disclosure that no individual who is part of management team or the Governing Board of the PVAI VPO has been disqualified from taking up the valuation assignment under provisions of any statute
