PVAI VALUATION PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION (IBBI RECOG. NO. IBBI/RVO/2018/007)

Enrolment Formalities.

Process  to be followed by applicants for becoming member of VPO and Registering with IBBI thereafter as Registered Valuer.

1. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Bachelor's degree Domain in any of the following filed 5 Years’ Experience

2. In Casse of  Master’s degree 3 Years of Experience

Plant and Machinery

(i) Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and Communication, Electronic and Instrumentation, Production, Chemical, Textiles, Leather, Metallurgy, or Aeronautical Engineering, or Graduate in Valuation of Plant and Machinery or equivalent

(ii) Post Graduate on above courses

(i) Five Years

(ii) Three years

Land and Building

(i) Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Town Planning or equivalent

(ii) Post Graduate on above courses and also in valuation of land and building or Real Estate Valuation (a two-year full time post-graduation course)

(i) Five Years

(ii) Three years

Securities or Financial Assets

(i) Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (specialisation in finance).

(ii) Post Graduate in Finance

(i) Three years


3. If the applicant is in Employment, he/she can attend the 50 Hours Training Course and appear for the Online IBBI Exam.

4. On successful completion of the Mandatory 50 Hrs Training, he/she can get enrolled as Primary valuer Member

5. On completion of 50hrs training he/she will be issued a Certificate of Participation, and Certificate of Membership, these certificates are mandatory at the time of registration as RV on successfully passing the online IBBI exam.

6. To enroll your name for the online ibbi examination, visit https://certifications.nism.ac.in/nismaol/; you need to pay the prescribed fees. (Applicable fees are mentioned on the site as they can vary from time to time).

7. You need to book the slot for appearing online exam and also select the center from the list available on the website.

8. Once you pass the IBBI exam (With minimum 60 marks) then you need to log in to https://www.ibbi.gov.in/ and initiate the process for Registration,. you will be required to pay the prescribed fees mention there in.

9. You will need to upload the following documents while commencing the online process on IBBI Portal.

  1. Aadhar card
  2. Pan card
  3. Passport
  4. Affidavit for change of name on Rs. 100 stamp paper
  5. Certificate of Membership, Certificate of Participation & IBBI passing certificate (combined scanned in PDF format)
  6. Degree  & or Master certificate
  7. Work experience Certfiicate
  8. Full ITR for the last three financial years.

10. On successfully getting registered, you need to attend the COP (Certificate of Practice session ) and you will be issued  physical copy of  the  certificate of practice  post which you will be allowed a start your practice as a registered valuer.
